We will work with you to customize the ride to your tastes and amount of time you have to enjoy this experience - We can enjoy everything from hilltop views, residential alley cruising, staring and or ending at some great local social hot spots, to a view of generational working ranches and a tour of some of the most beautiful buildings in Marfa. We can also meet you just about anywhere you'd like, such as your Airbnb or Hotel. Lets us introduce you to our horses and teach you the basics. No previous horse riding experience necessary. Newberry Ranch ATV rides

Venture into the lush wilderness of the Newberry Ranch astride a dependable ATV suited perfectly for this rugged desert landscape. This working ranch offers an experience of adventure in the shadow of the iconic Twin Peaks located 30 minutes from Marfa. Enjoy unparalleled vistas amid the Chihuahan Desert which, in this case, includes the Ranger mesas, Peak and Canyon as well as Davis mountains. This area is home to an abundance of wildlife, including mule and whitetail deer, pronghorns, aoudads, wild hogs, other mammals and a variety of Avian species. Up to six people can enjoy a two to three-hour experience on our versatile ATVs. Your experienced guide will lead you deep into the heart of this area to stunning photo ops and thrilling rides across rugged terrain. Should you need a break, the ranch features a clean stock tank pool that's perfect for a relaxing interlude. On this adventure we take you on a thrilling ALL day adventure to our friends' and neighbors' Charming and beautiful yet rugged town called Boquillas, Mexico! Located at one of the furthest reaches of the Big Bend National Park, this tour is not for the faint of heart! Although, it is a stretch from Marfa (2.75hr drive), this town delivers just about all of what the Big Bend region is all about. Keep in mind, we can always pick you up from just about anywhere in this region (terlingua, alpine, el paso, etc). In this experience we will drive you through the vast landscape and you will witness for yourself some of the often dramatic changes in the desert landscape. As always, learn about the flora and fauna, some geological landmarks and more. When we get to the town of Boquillas, get set for an incredible horse ride (about 2-2.5 hrs) through the tiny village and BEYOND. Ride along the Rio Grande, pull up to hot springs on their side, a "crystal cave", an ol "prison" cave, and even trot up to the Cantina and choose from either of the delicious restaurants which offer superb views of but one section of our beautiful Rio Grande. The drive to or from Marfa to either the El Paso International Airport or Midland/Odessa Airport takes about three hours. Occasional factors such as heavy traffic may increase the ride time. Have a group bigger than 4? Let us know and we will find a vehicle and driver for you! Have an even bigger group? We can get a fleet together for you or connect you with local Shuttle/Bus companies! The cost of this service starts at $475 for 2 guests plus $25 per person after that. McDonald Observatory Star Party Shuttle

A common bucket list and popular activity to do while in general Big Bend region is visiting The Mcdonald Observatory just outside of Ft. Davis within the beautiful and much different landscape of the Davis Mountain ranges. The Mcdonald Observatory not only has several telescopes to star gaze from but it is also home to one of the largest optical telescopes in the world. The Dome of the 10 m Hobby-Eberly Telescope. McDonald Observatory is equipped with a wide range of instrumentation for imaging and spectroscopy in the optical and infrared spectra, and operates the first lunar laser ranging station. Your guide, who takes care of all the prep work, will help you mount your saddle for an informative and relaxed town tour. The ride will last for around two hours, during which time you’ll visit renowned sites, explore downtown, and attract the envy of pedestrians. One caveat: if you don’t own a cowboy hat, you might be sorely tempted to buy one and we know just the right places.
